Prohibited in the zoning bylaw, Michael Spaziani presented expert evidence at an Ontario Municipal Board hearing to justify the approval of a new urban prototype station including a 3200 sf convenience store and car wash. The OMB has approved the new MSAi design which will be located in the heart of Burlington's new uptown core.
