MSAi

MSAi provides experienced and mature architectural and urban planning services to a range of public and private sector clients throughout the Greater Toronto Area. The firm currently carries on business out of its own premises, a renovated mid-1800’s heritage building in Port Credit, Mississauga.

Founded in March 1986, (Incorporated in 1990), MSAi offers a complete range of Architectural services supported by state-of-the-art CAD including design, contract documentation, engineering coordination, construction review and contract administration. MSAi offers creative Architectural solutions applied within new and existing structures to achieve an optimal built environment both ascetically and functionally.

We specialize in Commercial, Retail, Waterfront Condo’s, Urban Design, Conceptualization, Expert Witness and Heritage Assessments.
